All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.

An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:

- inability to fulfil the order

We do not store full payment card details.

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Orders are dispatched using third-party delivery services.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and circumstances beyond our control.

We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
8. Risk and Ownership
Ownership of products passes to you upon delivery (or collection).
Risk passes to you at the point of delivery or collection.
9. Breakages and Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe.
We will assess each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
We may request photographic evidence to support any claim.
10. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not generally accept returns.
However, we may accept returns of unopened products in certain circumstances, subject to approval.
Where a return is agreed:
- the product must be returned in its original condition
- return shipping may be at your cost
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
11. Experiences and Bookings
Where applicable, bookings for tastings, events, or experiences are subject to availability.
