It's time for gin

Taking its name from the Scots word eenoo, meaning “just now”, eeNoo celebrates the pleasure of enjoying gin when the moment calls.

Distilled in Royal Deeside, eeNoo combines traditional gin botanicals of juniper, coriander seed, angelica root and liquorice with bright citrus peel. Locally sourced honey brings a gentle sweetness, while heather flowers, rosehips and Aberdeenshire berries lend a distinctive floral and fruity character.

Blended with pure Deeside water drawn from an ancient spring in the Cairngorms National Park, eeNoo is smooth and rounded, with delicate fruit notes, a floral lift and a refreshing citrus finish.

A Taste of Distant Shores

Inspired by the great trading voyages of the past, Lost Seas Spiced Rum captures the spirit of adventure, discovery and distant shores.

Created to celebrate Aberdeen's rich seafaring heritage, and inspired by the city's hosting of the 2025 Tall Ships Races, Lost Seas brings together the character of Scotland's northeast coast with the warmth and flavours of faraway lands.

Infused with pineapple, vanilla sugar and kola nuts, this smooth, mellow spiced rum offers tropical fruit sweetness balanced by gentle, warming spice.

On the nose, mellow fruit aromas mingle with delicately balanced spices. The palate is smooth and fruity, leading to a lingering tropical finish with gentle spice and mellow warmth.

HAROOSH

From field to fireside

Haroosh is our whisky, honey and bramble liqueur, named after a high-spirited, disorderly gathering. The recipe has been passed down through our Head Distiller’s family for four generations.

We use a blend of Scottish whiskies, combined with local blackberries and Deeside honey sourced from a master beekeeper. Each bottle contains at least 50 berries, with the honey gathered over thousands of miles of foraging. The liqueur is finished with Deeside water from Pannanich Wells, outside Ballater, and sealed with beeswax.

From field to fireside, Haroosh is a spirit rooted in place, craft, and quiet tradition.

MURMICHAN ABSINTHE VERTE

For the unconventional bohemian greats

Murmichan is named after a wicked Scots fairy, and is our interpretation of a traditional absinthe.

Produced using a classic Swiss-French method, we use natural botanicals for both flavouring and colouring. Wormwood, aniseed and fennel form the backbone, supported by hyssop, star anise, lemon balm, mint, bramble leaves, lemon thyme and heather flower.

We add Royal Deeside honey for texture and depth, and Deeside water from the ancient Pannanich Wells in the Cairngorms.

Murmichan is a traditionally made absinthe with a distinctly Scottish character.

Inspired by the Italian tradition of rocket liqueur, Rucolino brings together the distinctive savoury character of rocket with fragrant citrus peel and warming clove. Crafted in Deeside, Scotland, this unusual gin-based liqueur offers a meeting of Italian inspiration and Scottish distilling.
